Two Paths.
One Shared Ritual.
Stacona Coffee is built from service, scholarship, family, and a lasting respect for the land.

The Heart Behind The Roast
Stacona Coffee is a family-owned, Inter-Tribal, and Veteran-owned business with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. It is a story of two paths coming together to honor the land and the people who call it home.
Dr. Eugena Burnside-Stacona, EdD, Sugar Bear
Eugena is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. An elder and author, she brings a vision of growth, precision, and cultural stewardship to Stacona Coffee. Her Umatilla heritage guides a commitment to respect the natural world that provides the beans.
Mark Stacona
Mark is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, an Army Veteran, and a wildland firefighter. His life has been defined by the front lines, and that mission-first focus informs every roast.
For the Staconas, coffee is more than a beverage. It is a source of comfort, a daily ritual, and a way to share care from one family to another.
